Collage-ville

I decided to go with two individual collages, rather than combining the two below. I bought this garnet colored mat board, along with some other colored mat board for more collages. I also sprang for more decorative papers at my local art supply store. All in all, I think the choices worked well together on the two pieces.

 After the two pieces above, I started thinking about some of the other collages I've done on this blog which I didn't finish (below). I may revisit these at some point.

I did a couple sketches last night in exploration of a new piece I'm hoping to start. I will be sure to post when I do! Until next time, take care, and thanks for visiting!
